Refund Policy

Your order will be delivered within 15 working days from the date of purchase.

Refunds will be offered at sole discretion of art.designprotechs.com. Refunds will only be considered based on the following grounds:

• You are within the first 14 days of purchase after receiving the product.
• Your issue(s) comes from mishandling the product by courier agency.
• Your issue(s) comes if you receive wrong/ damaged product.
• No refunds will be granted after the first 14 days of the purchase on receiving or whatsoever. Any issues caused by mishandling by customer will not provide grounds for a refund.
