We are based at Sonipat, Haryana in India and we ship wordwide. Art.Designprotechs is a leading online gallery of Artwork for Sale by its artists. It is an online platform for to buy affordable art of artists across the globe. Physical galleries have their own charm along with certain limitations. Many a times, physical gallaries are not always easily accessible by artists as well as by customers. Space in the physical galleries is also limited thereby resulting them to be overbooked and in certain cases, expensive as well.
Art.Designprotechs provides you with an unlimited amount of virtual space to see and explore the art. It also leads you to take your time to think, discuss and purchase chosing the easy payment options.

To cancel an order that has not being yet shipped, customers are requested to contact us via Contact Us option available on web site. We are unable to process cancellation for items that have already been printed or shipped. Please visit our return policy for more details
The estimated delivery time depends on the location to which shipment has been made. As every order is custom-made – it may take us 6 business days to get your order ready followed by shipping time. For most orders, we will deliver in under-2 weeks.
Our attempt is to get your order delivered to you at the earliest!
If the package is damaged, please do not accept it from the shipping agent. Just take a photograph and email it to us. If the package is fine and you discover after opening that the artwork is damaged , please contact us immediately to rectify the situation. All damaged art inquiries should be sent to “email to create and share” with the subject line “Damaged art” followed by the order number (example: Damaged art: Order# 123456).
You must also include a digital photograph of the damage.

Payment Option

We don’t change for delivery within India and hence there is no delivery charge for any art work being sold by Art.Designprotechs within India

Presently, we are selling paintings made by our own artists but soon will open a platform where artists across the globe. With this, you would be able to sell their artwork.
Art.Designprotechs team do not visit any customer site. We suggest you to seek expertise from authorised interior designers or architects and let us know your requirement. Our team will happily support with artwork of choice as per your need
Authentication
Artwork for sale by Art.Designprotechs are original work from the artist/ artists and have artist signature on every painting. Furthermore, we also provide authentication certificate for every painting.
Art.Designprotechs sells both original as well as Artwork for Sale depending on the choice of artwork section. For example, acrylic art work and water color art work is being sold in original with authentication certificate. Copies of such art work is being sold in prints with disclaimer from Art.Designprotechs of copy rights. Digital artwork is being sold in prints
We only sell unframed paintings and hence gift wrapping is not being done. Our team is exploring Gifting concept and we may start sending gift paintings soon. Please keep an eye on the updates
Art.Designprotechs team does not assist in installation of paintings. So, we suggest customers to utilize the carpentry services through authorised agencies or carpenters of their choice
Our artists do recreate and customise the painting as per customer need. Even more, recreated or customised painting are 75% to 80% similar to that of original with 20% to 25% of artistic creativity
Artists at Art.Designprotechs use the best available paints in the market so as to give best of customer experience. Additionally, we use branded archival pigment inks and branded printers for Digital Paintings. In addition, if you are looking for something very specific, you can always contact us and we will be happy to serve you with your requirement.
We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate, or prints may vary. Moreover, if the product you receive is significantly different from what you saw on the web site, you can return it within 7 days for a refund.
Cracks in painting is not something that you must worry about. Furthermore, the cracks in the painting indicate that the print you hold is the most faithful and accurate depiction of the original artwork. Even, the cracks are called Craquelure and are formed on the surface of the original artwork because of drying or aging.
Shipping
We believe that frame on any artwork is purely the choice of buyer and hence we ship only unframed paintings
Yes, we do ship our artwork for sale across the globe. Please check Shipping and Packaging to know more. In addition to this, we do not ship framed paintings internationally.
